This webinar is a short presentation on the service-oriented AI approach developed within the FAIRWork project to support decision-makers in complex production environments. Focusing on real-world use cases, the presentation explores typical challenges faced in production settings and outlines the AI services designed to address them. These modular, interpretable algorithms act as puzzle pieces in decision-making processes with the goal of fair, transparent, and democratic decisions. The session will provide insights into which algorithms were developed to empower human decision-makers, rather than replace them.
