In the era of digital transformation, decision-making in production environments must balance efficiency, adaptability, and worker well-being. In the EU-funded FAIRWork project we developed the Democratic AI-based Decision Support System (DAI-DSS)—an innovative prototype that integrates among others AI-driven decision-making, digital twins, and a configuration environment. This system enables organizations to make complex decisions that not only optimize production processes but also enhance worker needs.

To achieve this, FAIRWork has identified seven key research tracks exploring the socio-technical dimensions of AI-supported decision-making. In this webinar, we discuss the research conducted within FAIRWork and introduce key findings. Join us to gain insights and discuss challenges.
