Understanding the democratization of decision-making in industry requires a socio-technical approach. To this end we employed a case study approach, enabling an in-depth analysis of human factors in FAIRWork. The case study allowed for a comprehensive investigation of our use case and explored the potential demand for a democratic design of the decision-support tool. Building on our previous webinar, which addressed the onboarding phase of the case study, this webinar aims to present the precision phase of the research, offering deeper insights into the human perspective and exploring additional options for supporting the democratic implementation of the DSS.
